Original Paintings

• Paintings are on wood blocks, which have naturally occurring knots and imperfections (or what I like to call perfections!)
• Brass D-Rings are attached to the rear of original paintings, ready to hang.

Shipping

• Items will be ready to dispatch 2-4 business days after you place your order.
• Royal Mail 1st Class delivery, or Parcelforce, if the package is valued over £50.
• Orders below £35, postage will be £3. Free UK delivery for orders over £35.
• European postal rate is £8.
• We can ship worldwide- please get in touch directly if you have a special request.
• If the item is a gift, orders can be sent directly to the gift recipient and a note can be added.
• Tracking is included for items over £50.

Packaging

• Where possible, I use biodegradable packaging.
• Everything is made in the UK, and packed in my Cambridgeshire studio.

Returns/Exchanges

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you van return the product and get a refund or exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition/packaging that they arrived in.
• Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect/faulty.
• Your refund will be processed on the safe return of the order.
• No returns accepted for customised items.
